Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping & Fees
Shipping fees are not included in the product price and are calculated based on your location at checkout. Free shipping for more than 217 US dollars.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at rdesign.dancewear@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure about your product, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it within 7 days in its original condition. Customers are responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at rdesign.dancewear@gmail.com.
